CRITICAL THINKING & CHALLENGED IDEAS

Community Conscious Rap, Incorporated will address the demographics of low self-esteem and apathy to social order. We believe the corruption in some areas of government and business has created an anarchistic atmosphere. We believe critical thinking and challenged ideas will empower the disadvantaged demographic. The program will mentor men and women in the skill of investing in personal improvement. We want to help alpha males and theta females find useful alternatives to violence and to promote the use of conflict resolution within a volatile situation. This will reduce the number violent incidents while at the same time increasing their capacity to become positive role models. The C.T.C.I. program is a 6 month project and the objectives of this project involves personal development and growth through the use of training tools that teach effective communication, conflict resolution as well as organizing skills and critical thinking.
