RESEARCH FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Baltimore Advocacy for Reconcioiation, Incorporated will conduct intensive research on issues affecting communities and seek comparative studies on issues affecting our communities. Baltimore Advocacy for Reconcioiation, Incorporated came into existence as a result of being disenfranchised from the power structure—the result of highly functional and creative individuals that found themselves on the outside looking in. Research has discovered there are a significant number of like-minded individuals fitting this description. The condition of disenfranchisement creates a target group of Alpha males/Theta females that are either on drugs, in gangs, in prison, teen parents, etc. The profiles created from research show that significant resources are needed to provide services to these areas.

Baltimore Advocacy for Reconcioiation, Incorporated will use these research/studies on a variety of issues facing communities. We will publish these studies in a national or syndicated publication and they will be promoted around the country. Once the source/root of the problem is found, then we will present a fundamental question and explore every end of it until an effective solution can be reached. We don’t want to just generate discussion about issues. We also want to draw public policymakers, politicians and other professionals into the discourse; and hopefully generate the momentum to bring about change. Research for Conflict Resolution will provide research on the following issues:
